From Tilly's Fuse, to the racecourse ground, to Augusta Greaves with a hard pound, yeah. Chris and Matt, yeah, they got your back. It's the underdog. Let's run it back, run it back. Yeah, the cereals that we have in the house are typically like, they're used for something else. Alexa uses corn flakes for, I don't know, potatoes and stuff like that. And she makes cakes with fruity pebbles and stuff. Yeah, we do the Rice Krispies with the fruity pebbles. Yeah. And they do not last long in this house. Oh, Rice Krispie treats are one of the sneaky great treats. So good. Oh, I find myself... So I don't know if Chris, if it's, oh, you know, being a bigger guy thing, or if it's old age, I find myself not really being able to eat lunch at the moment. What? Or at least like a greasy lunch, like I used to in the past. Oh yeah, what's the reason for that? Because I'll fall asleep. Like I've been, I've always been a big nap guy in my life, but I've found now like that if I have a big breakfast or lunch, I get very tired. And it's just like, hey, I'm going to fall asleep soon. Yeah, I've never been a nap guy. I've never, I'm constantly tired. Don't get me wrong. Yeah. Tired from the moment I get up in the morning. But I've never been a nap guy. But I've found that the Rice Krispie treats, they're an easy little like, or something, you know, it's not as healthy for me, but like a little like, you see me, I want something little to snack on so I don't pass out. That's fair. Yeah, I'm very diligent about my diet right now because I'm trying to get into it. I got goals. So I snuck into, wore an XL shirt for the first time in a while. Wow, look at you. Pretty excited. Didn't look, am I going to say it was, it fits perfectly? I'm not, but in a month or so, will it? Sure. And that's, that's where I've just got to be constantly striving for the next thing. Here's the thing. I have, when I buy clothes, I pretty much always buy XL shirts, even though they definitely didn't fit when the time I purchased them. But I can't like, I have a hard time just accepting like, okay, I'm wearing a two X for the rest of my life. Yeah. So I basically have a full closet worth of XL clothes that eventually I will fit in. And I can just, I have a whole new closet, whole new wardrobe. It's going to be fun. I need to start. Maybe I should take a GLP one. Have you considered it? Yeah, but I'm too scared. Why? I don't know. Science. Well, we'll tell you what, why don't we have this conversation off the air? Let's real quick, listen real quick. Let's talk about sports before we get out of here. I do want to, I do want to get your picks because unfortunately we don't have, we don't have the odds. We don't have the information from our best last week. We'll have that for you next time. But I do want to get your picks. We got France, Morocco today. This is a good one. This is a big one. France, the favorite at Lucky Rebel here. They are minus one 60 Morocco plus 500 draw plus two 85. France, no doubt about it. They're too good. Mbappe, he's 19 years old. He's not, but. How old is he? 27. Really? Yeah. Who would have thought? Pretty much everybody else. Whatever. At least. Salah's even older. He plays for Crystal Palace. And he's on Egypt and they lost. But Morocco does actually have a very good young player of their own who I'm sure is the reason you were thinking Mbappe was 19. His name is Ayub Bawadi and he's a midfielder for Morocco. Actually could have gone for France or Morocco. Chose Morocco because it's a little easier path to playing time at this point. Going to be one of the best players in the world in five years. He's unbelievable. So I'm sure that's why you had that confusion. Does he make the switch? Can you make the switch to France? I believe once you make the decision for the senior club, that's where you have to play. Gotcha. But I believe that's true. I don't know that for a fact. I very well could be wrong. That could just be me. One of those things I think is right. So I say it with confidence and I'm proven wrong later on. I don't know. After that, though, Spain and Belgium, the team that knocked out the United States, Spain, heavy favorites at Lucky Rebel minus 157, Belgium plus 420, the draw plus 295. Spain played five games, have not conceded a goal yet. Belgium barely beat us. They barely beat us and we looked terrible. And it was basically a JV club out there. So give me Spain. I don't understand anything that you said there. Like, you know, soccer as much as me. And for that reason, I'll concede the point and move on. We then have Erling Haaland in Norway taking on Harry Kane in England, Norway plus 310, England minus 115, the draw plus 270 at Lucky Rebel. I mean, as a Crystal Palace Christmas, as a Manchester City fan, you know, I got to go with my boys from Norway. Sure. But. But. I love singing. It's coming home. It's coming home. Football's coming home. I got to take England. There's copyright strike we were worried about. Well, especially because that dude with one of the all time, one of the all time stats, you know, what do you call that? Like box scores from that one guy on England. Yeah. No playing time, no shots, no goals, no assists, no nothing. One yellow card and one broken arm. You cannot do better than that. Did you see this guy? I think I missed that somehow. How did you miss this? Oh, my God. This guy on England. I want to find his name. It's like Anderson or Henderson, Jordan. One of them English names. So England, England, midfielder Jordan Henderson is expected to miss the rest of the 2026 World Cup. So he. Yeah, I'm looking at the video right now. So and it was this was after the game, like during the celebrations, he goes to jump over and he, you know, it looks bad. It's a bad break. You if you if they do the zoom in, it's a bad break. Like he it says wrist surgery. Oh, and he did not play, but he got himself a yellow card in that game for standing too close to the guy throwing the ball in. Oh, they are, in fact, showing it the very slow motion. I don't need to watch that again. Yeah, it's bad. But so just like what was Mark Titus was Mr. Trillionaire or whatever it was. Like, yeah, that's somehow you can't even you can't even quantify what Jordan Henderson put up. That's that's crazy. That's why rough tournament for Jordan Henderson. Yeah, I don't even know if he played. He might have put on. I'm just speaking on my focus, but that's what we do here. But finally, Argentina versus Switzerland, Argentina minus 143 at Lucky Rebels, Switzerland plus 440, the draw plus 260. Where are you at on this, Argentina? They're just too good. I think there is the final four next. Yeah, this is the this is the last eight. So the four would be next. Yeah. Give me Argentina. Don't cry for me, Argentina. Or how does it go for me, Argentina? Um, yeah, I don't I think we nailed it. Yeah. You just got a copyright strike from Madonna. And she is incredibly litigious. Weirdly enough, her lawyer, Dennis Rodman. People don't know that. Did you know Dennis Rodman's kid is probably the best player on the women's national team? Did not know that. Trinity Rodman. I don't I don't think they have much of a relationship. Oh, anyway. Moving away from this sports nonsense, I want to tell you about something I found. Oh, when we were talking about we're talking about food stuff. I went to the store. I found this. I found a product that looked interesting to me. It is Sprite zero plus tea. And it is delicious. Hashtag not an ad. It is the it's so good. It's the only thing I want to drink now. Is it what Sprite zero plus tea? Is that like where somebody tells you like you drink a Sprite and somebody tells you a secret about somebody else? Well, exactly right. Once you empty the can, you put it to your ear and you can hear a secret. Tells you about a coworker. It's like Tina actually doesn't like Beth. What he's or she's the maid of honor. Candlestick. Oh, my God. Thank God Tina didn't find this. Oh, I mean, thank God Beth didn't find this. Yeah. Are you on that? Those similar vibes. Did you watch the first season of that Apple TV show Jury Duty? I know what it is. Is it Apple TV or is I think it's Prime. No, it's Apple TV. It's 100% Apple TV. So we're watching the second season now and it's it's Company Retreat and it is equal parts so awkward and and really, really funny. Jury Duty is a Prime original. Oh, weird. Well, well, Company Company Company Retreat. We're watching it on Apple TV. Maybe it's through Prime, but we're definitely watching it on Apple TV and it's called Jury Duty two. See, I have a problem with it, although, Chris, because Jury Duty is a Pauly Shore vehicle and that's the only thing I will reference when I hear Jury Duty. I only acknowledge biodome of these Pauly Shore vehicles. What about in the Army now? Don't even get me started. That's still one of my favorite. We've probably talked about it before. In if you've seen in the Army now, of course, I have when it's so when Brendan Frazier walks up in that movie, makes the cameo and he like he's wearing his Army uniform and he just he says something and he's wearing his name just says Link like he's Lincoln Vitch Chumovsky from Encino Man and Pauly Shore is just like, I know in his head, you can see, like, I know that guy from somewhere like, oh, they don't make movies like Encino Man anymore. Encino Man was so good. Actually, you know, a movie I watched last night, Chris, that actually is so underrated. Tell me. The Internship. The Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn movie. Yes, and I still think I was laying in bed watching this movie and I still laughed out loud at the scene when they're playing Quidditch and Owen Wilson sees the snitch for the first time and it just cuts to a camera angle of Owen Wilson and and him was named Vince Vaughn and he's just like, who is this guy? It just makes me laugh. The time is just such comedic timing. Like, it's funny you talk about that because I'm I'm currently almost done the seventh and final full cast audio Harry Potter and just got to the point. Major Harry Potter spoilers ahead. So skip ahead 30 seconds. Just got to the point where Snape dies. Snape gets killed by Voldemort. Harry's there. Snape gives him the memories for the pensive and Harry finds out that he had to die this whole time. It's a very emotional moment. So what did that have to do with Owen Wilson? They had to do with Harry Potter and Quidditch. And also, Owen Wilson's clearly in the scene. Yeah, he's the voice of Snape. Yeah, that would take it in a very different direction. The voice of Harry somehow feels way less menacing. Wow. That's Voldemort, huh? Can I say pretty solid? I actually thought I feel like that's the first time I ever tried it and I don't hate it. Pretty solid. Pretty solid. I'm going to give you shit if it's bad, but that was not terrible. I thought it was pretty, you know, I thought I'm not going to go any forward with it. But I think I'm just I'm going to live with what that was. I think there's a possibility where there's a future where you just do Owen Wilson impersonation. But it's got to be like really short. It's really only the wow part. Like, that's really all it is. Look, don't don't diminish yourself. You did great and you should be proud. Before we get out of here real quick, let's talk about what's going on in the soccer world. How are they in the golf world? How how are you doing? How was how did last week's tournament go for you? It stinks, dude. My player, I took speed last week and he's he's just out of his mind. He can't do anything. And then I took Sep Straka today and I think he's like minus one under. We've got OK, so that is the DP World Tour Scottish Open. Yeah, because right before they everybody goes over there and plays this, I believe next week is the open. It feels like there's a major every other week at this point. I guess it's because it's the summer and there's only four majors after after that one. It's done. Oh, boy. I will tell you, I'm looking at Lucky Rebel right now to find the Sep Straka odds, and I have not seen them yet. I feel like I checked him for the first time. He was one under and I looked at the tour cast thing and he was he was literally bogeying the whole. Oh, boy, Matt. No, boy. He is. All right. I found him. Good news. He's still one under. He is at plus 15000 at Lucky Rebel to win the tournament. Those are the four, seven, ten, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 20. Leaders are only at five. 31, 34, 37, 40. He has the 41st best odds at Lucky Rebel to win the tournament. Well, yeah, but the leaders are only at five under. So I'm not that worried about it. It's day one. It's Thursday. There's still there's still a lot of golf to be played is assuming he qualifies for the the weekend. But this I believe because this is a DP World Tour, I believe we get guys from. What's it called? Live. Oh, I didn't see. Who are who are the big live guys? Rom. I'm not seeing him, but he might. It's not to say he's not in there. It's just not. He's not at the top of the leaderboard. He's plus five. Yeah. Okay. But Rom and I guess Bryson's not playing. The leaders are Rory at plus four. Scheffler's 1000. Mathis, Patrick plus 16. Can't leave Fleetwood. Kim Reed. Oh, Patty Reed. I think I think put all your money on Patrick Reed plus 2200. Lucky roll. Did you see the Wyndham Clark news last week or two weeks ago? What did you do this time? He was talking about his girlfriend cheating on him with Baker Mayfield. Yeah, it's awesome. That was really funny. It was on part of my take. I did hear that. Actually, I did. I yeah, that's that's rough. But he seemed like he didn't even care at this point. Well, because it was college, right? It was. Oh, I didn't. I didn't read into it to know it was that long ago. Oh, yeah. Yeah. No. So what happened? I'll give you the run. So it's college. Anybody can cheat on anybody. So the one guy on part of my takes a huge Bucks fan. Obviously loves Baker Mayfield. He like, you know, doing his report of duty, found a tweet from Wyndham Clark from years ago that said, I hate Baker Mayfield. And he was like, hey, like, why in 2016 did you do that? Because I think it's also something where, like, Wyndham Clark, like, went to Oklahoma State and Baker went to Oklahoma or something like that as well. That was part of it. So he tweeted and he goes, I guess what's actually funny about if you watch the video, he's sitting in a room and they ask him that question. He's like, I don't even know if I could say this. And he looks up at his PR people or whatever, I guess, or in the room. He's like, you know what? I don't care. I'm just going to say he cheated on me with my girlfriend cheated on me with him. Baker Mayfield cheated on Wyndham Clark? Yes. Yes. Even even weirder, we did not know they were dating. No idea that they were dating. But so in that scenario, I think they're a throuple. Yes. Actually, they're all together now. They're very happy. But yes, we have. It feels like an appropriate time to wrap up the show. So that's going to be it for the underdog for this week for Macaron. I'm Chris Orbital. Thanks for listening. Hey, everybody. And welcome to this week's episode of the underdog. Chris Horvidell joined by Matt Cron. Matthew, how are you? It is nice. How are you? I have I guess I have follow ups to yours. Your comment first. It's nice to be here. It's nice in general. The weather's nice. What's nice, man? Okay, well, this is going to go well. I'm doing well. I'm doing well. How is the weather there? Okay. I thought we were done with this. We're not done with the bit yet. No, it's good. You know, it's Thursday. U.S. soccer is back where it belongs. So I don't have to be I don't have to cheer for them anymore. And, you know, because it was all fake. It was all fake. We have a lot to talk about. As we as we always do. I have Lucky Rebel Sportsbook open in front of me. We're going to use that for all the lines, props and all of that good stuff. There is still World Cup soccer to be played. There's a there's some golf going on. But let's let's talk about that USMNT ending to the World Cup. Can I just say, like, I felt like the whole red card reversal put the team in such an awkward position anyway, that it's just like, all right, I'm just kind of it's good that it's over. I think that's what you mean, scapegoat. I think that's a, you know, that's just a way to look at it. Like, we believe I don't know, it's this isn't the first time a star player has had a reversal or a goofy thing happen. No, but it's it's so I disagree. What are what point do you see? She Chris is incredibly she's no question about that. About that. Ronaldo also had a red card overturned and that was a event that he apparently has to to he has to serve that suspension eventually. But I mean, he's done with the World Cup. So I start serving that any time now. I don't look I'm not saying it had anything to do with the team. I just felt like, I don't know, it felt like cheating to me and it put me in a weird position as a fan is all I'm saying. At that's I think that's I think that's up to you and your God and whatever. I think it's pronounced. Sorry, that's that's that's between you and the way you feel about it. I have no feeling of that towards because. See, like, first of all, soccer rules are fake, like the whole extra time thing, like the fact that we threw a guy out in a game and then you wanted him to just sit a whole another game for something that literally happens in every other sport in mankind. It is just kind of like, hey, all right, like my bad. Yeah, maybe a foul. We've got kick it like it's it's crazy. Yeah, like it's crazy like that that that would even exist. So yeah, I'm not I have no problem with that. Like, I just think we weren't a good enough team, even with him playing. We weren't good enough. I mean, Pulisic has just not been good. And I think the consensus is he's typically I don't know. Pulisic is a guy who the the pundits like to talk about how great he plays against lesser teams and maybe not as well in the bigger games. The team just wasn't that great. But look, the good news is all the best players were 27 and under. They'll be very good four years from now. And we'll start talking about the U.S. men's national team again. They're very good. They should be. I mean, Weston McKinney and Pulisic and Alex Freeman and Blake Tillman and all those guys have another four years to get better. Yeah, I think I mean, look, they're not going to be Portugal or Spain or Argentina or somebody like that. France, certainly not. But I think, you know, I think they're going to be solidly atop. I think they'll be a top 10 team in terms of the Lucky Rebel odds once the 2030 World Cup rolls around. All right, well, here's a reminder set. Hey, Siri, set a reminder for, I don't know, June 1st, 2030. Are the United States a top 10 team at Lucky Rebel for the World Cup? Boom. And now we'll have that in four years. That is the ultimate cliffhanger. Yeah, right. If you come back in four years, if soccer still exists. Just stick with us for four years as we're saying if soccer still exists. I think there's a very high percentage chance soccer will still exist. You don't know, Chris. Well, you know what is not going to exist is and I wanted to I wanted to talk to you about this because like a game a game by the by the name of NCA 27 just came out recently and. Heard not good. Yeah, I haven't played it yet. I am. I've actually that's funny because I've heard good things. I haven't played it yet, but I am interested in the new NIL system and how that incorporates. But PlayStation announced the starting June 1st or pardon me, January 1st, 2028. They will no longer be putting out physical discs and everything will be completely digital moving forward. How do you feel about it? It is a bummer, but it also I don't have ever since I got PlayStation. I don't have any physical discs. I think one I think you sent me Spider-Man. You sent me the Miles Morales. That's nice of me. Yeah, and I I think that's the only physical disc I have for my PlayStation. It's just I don't know. I just physical physical discs and physical media always made more sense to me because you have there's a resale element to it. You can't obviously can't resell a digital purchase. I don't know. I just I would I would I would like that option. I would like you know, I would like the ability to and I know sports games don't really hold a ton of value from year to year, but I would like the ability to go. I don't know. I mean, I guess I'm past the point where like I was when I was 17 taking a bunch of like PS3 games or whatever into GameStop and trading them in for $1.50 of credit. Yeah, right. We did that back in the day. Like I remember those days, but that's not. But then again, yeah, I don't know. Then again, I do have kids, you know, we yeah. I do worry about what's going to happen and how they're going to how they're going to work in a way to allow you to effectively digitize your physical your physical stuff because you can't just lose the ability to play those games, right? Like we would I would I thought so. Do you not? That's for them. I know they just there has to be some plan for that. You've got to be able to, like, put in your discs at some point and and be given a digital a digital license for that game. Yeah, I mean, I don't even I don't know, I don't even unpacked my PlayStation since the move, and I don't plan on it because I'm actually happy. This goes back to the NCA 27 talk. I'm actually happy I haven't because I probably would have bought it. And everybody in my group chat is highly against it and thinks they kind of it stinks. There's a lot of like skin. It's kind of like pay to play a lot of the microtransaction element. OK, well, I'm certainly going to play it. I might end up doing a video for the channel, but I'm interested in it. There's another thing that I saw today. I think you probably got the notification, too. I want to get your take on it. It is StockX putting out sneaker mystery boxes. Oh, wow. That's that's so what it is. There's there are three different there are three different levels. There's a $50, $100 and a $200 using the $200. For example, you have they they guarantee. Well, I guess they guarantee it's worth at least the $200. And you can also instantly sell it back if you don't like it for 80 to 90% of the value. The odds are they which they list on the site. There is a 74% chance the shoe you're going to get is worth $2 to $219. 20% that it's worth $220 to $270. 3% that it's worth $270 to $400. 2.5 that it's $400 to $800. 0.5 that it's $800 to $2,000. So do you just buy it online? And I'm going to buy one right now. I am as we as we are saying this, the total price with delivery with taxes and delivery $216. I have set it to a US men's size 13. Oh, I get to reveal it right now. Interesting. Yeah, that's I don't think you even get the physical if you want. I think you could just sell it right back immediately. OK, well, we're going to find out. I'm opening. Oh, God, this is bad that it's a Jordan 5 Retro. Fire Red Black Tongue 2025. I can trade it for $189.90 StockX credit. It's $189.90 or. So you basically lose $11. Yeah, $10.10. The the other element of it is in order to have it. So I have five. I have five minutes to make the decision as to whether or not I want to keep it or not. So you can buy that shoe right now for $180. Well, I know. OK, for as a 13. As a 13. Yeah, yeah, I'm sorry. Not not your thing. I'm looking it up on StockX. So it's for $180, you know, taxes, fees, all that stuff. OK, so the other element to this that I find interesting, that 216 does not include shipping. I guess that's just taxes because I there I get two options. And I'll send you the screen I'm looking at right now. I get two options. That is definitely not you. And that person would be very confused as to why I sent that. So that's I'm looking at a screen right now that has the shoe, the timer and two options. One trade for $189.90 StockX credit to ship to me for $30. What? So that's, yeah, $200 mystery box just turned into $250. Yeah, $247. So I think you should trade it and then do another. Can I tell you that's that's what I want to do? Yeah, why wouldn't we do it? It's not my money. This is all business purposes, too. This is this is right as a tax, right? Yeah, we'll talk to this. We'll talk to this people smarter than us a little bit after once that comes around. OK, so I have $189.90 of credit. I am going to buy one more and we'll see maybe one more after that. If all everything happens, it's going to cost me $26 and 10 cents. And I will pay and reveal. The second shoe that I've gotten. And I think if I do it a third time, it'll be like $50. So that that might be too much for the bid. The reveal is. A Jordan three retro desert elephant again. I can trade this one for $194.40. I don't know. We do. Am I connected? Yeah, what's the problem? My thing says I'm offline. No, you're you're good to me. OK, now I'm reconnected. I could I could hear you. Were you just it? It got so excited doing this bit. Wait, so the Jordan three. Retro desert market value, $216. I can trade it for $194.40 stock X credit. But you should take the credit. We should know you should buy it. No, I'm just kidding. It's a bad deal. It is. No, we should we should do one more. All right, we're doing we're going to do one. See, this is where StockX is going to make all their money from idiots like us. Just keep doing this. And just basically you just handed him $18. I handed him I handed them what $26 in the last one. For nothing, it's it's effectively microtrading. It's it's it's real life loot boxes. That's literally one last time. This is just this is so fucking dangerous. This one. OK, this one only cost me $21.60. So that's not as bad. All right. Check the box, pay and reveal. And look, we're playing the probabilities here. 74% probability that it's in that like 222 range. But hey, what if it's something crazy? Yeah, what if it's chunky donkeys? It could. I would. Yeah, sure. Absolutely. All right. Well, Matt, it is not chunky donkeys. I don't I don't hate this shoe, but it's the worst shoe we've gotten so far. Jordan 3 Retro Sol 2.0. It's a fine shoe. It's a shoe I might even wear. But now we have the option to trade it for 184.50 StockX credit or ship to me for $30. I am going to take the StockX credit. And that's at least we had fun. Isn't that what it's all about? So I do. OK, I will say. It was fun, and I do sort of like that. I do sort of like that. You see it immediately rather than it's shipped to you and then you have the opportunity to sell it after the fact, although that would probably be more financially prudent. They would lose. Yeah. And also and also it's not like you're getting you're not really selling it per se. You're simply getting StockX credit back. How many people did this today? Look, I just got the text. I got the text like 25, 30 minutes ago. I bet in the thousands. Yeah, I would think so. Good little scam for them. And guess what? This is something I'm inclined to do again on future shows. Why one more? That's not we're not going to do one more this week, but it's like it's kind of fun. It's very much this. It was very much like opening up. Look, it's like opening up a pack of cards, right? And I have. So I've been playing around with the idea of doing an unboxing show because those do really, really well on YouTube doing an unboxing show. And so I've bought I bought some some cards recently. And first of all, can I just tell you? Cards are stupidly expensive now. So expensive. Are you special? Are you buying resale? Well, I bought I bought some from Panini from the actual Panini website. Yep. Sandwich. He was confused, but he said he put something together for me and I bought some at Target. It's yeah, it's ridiculous. At some point, a dollar, a card. That's literally a dollar card. And I did play around and open some up. And I don't know, theoretically, there's a I have. Where is it? I'm using an app. A Jordan Fleer. Yeah, it's fine, too. But what are the comps on those? So, all right, my collection of all the cards that I bought, I've used an app called Collex, C-O-L-L-X, that you scan the card and it gives you the market value. And I guess it's like recent comps for what's been what's been traded. The. Well, it's been. And we're going to get copyright struck because you care. I don't know what you're talking about. I said, what's it not? It's been. Dang. So what was here's what was available. I got what was available at Target. And that was there was some. Twenty four, twenty five tops, women's soccer cards and twenty three, twenty four panini mosaic panini NBA cards. Most expensive card I pulled was a ninety dollar Alba Redondo women's soccer card. So excited about that. Second was Cade Cunningham, a fifty two dollar card. I got three autographed cards and none of them were of any particular great value. But it was still fun opening up a pack of cards, seeing what's worth playing the game, wasting money. America. Yeah, I don't know. I'm not it's right. Cards are big in the street right now, big in the streets. It's not really for me, not really into the card scene. I'm really hoping nobody in my life gets into it either. So I have to be part of it. So you're saying you don't want to co-host the unboxing show with me? And if we were unboxing sneakers from Saga, sure. If they would send us actual mystery box like I thought that's the thing I thought that would be a super fun. I thought that would be a super fun, like little quick tick tock YouTube reels video. Yeah, yeah. We should have just bought a bunch of those Jordan or those Kobe's that they just released. I sent you those Kobe's last night. I like them a lot. Is it just me or I just keep seeing there's a ton of like crazy Kobe colorways. Yeah, what's Vanessa Bryant? Just she debuted a bunch of new colorways. There was like I thought I saw like a Valentine's Day one or something going on. And then I saw an Iron Man and they needed some new stuff because the Kobe's have been a little stale recently. It's kind of rude. Fred, you're a pair. The Kobe Scrabbles, remember? The King Clark ones, you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I did. I forgot about that. No, no, that's a perfect. That's a perfectly good shoe. I'm just saying I like. I'm just saying, and that's just maybe it's not for me. I get the Kobe Scrabbles are hot in the streets right now. Actually, that's I want to look up, what is the resale or do you want to look up? I probably not. I don't even know if you would call them Scrabble. Probably. Yeah, I can't work. What is what are they going for right now? Clayton, they're called the coconut milk spruce. All right, you could buy now for that or you got him for. I didn't I thought I got him for like one sixty one. You're asking me. Yeah, I definitely spent under 200. It was like a reasonably priced shoe from because remember, I hit those and the McDonald's on the same day and I was like, I'm never financial. But luckily, they both weren't like two to like, I didn't break. I didn't break 400. There were Kobe's front, too. That's surprising. I would have guessed the Kobe's were right at two and the books were like 140 or something. Caitlin Clark, Kobe price. There were one nine and the books, the books were considerably cheaper. I think they were, yeah, like 120. 120. Yeah, that's a good price. I'm always happy when people find a way to put shoes out for like 120, because that's what they should be. Come on, Copilot. Nope, I don't want the McDonald's Corporation price on the stock. Whatever. No, no, no, no, no. The ticker price for McDonald's right now, because as as this show is fundamentally a stock, a stock show. We are, we are the stock exchange, which is basically what I just had a little stock exchange, some fun for money early. Literally, you paid for the experience. I did. I paid, so I was just looking at it because I got an email. I opened up my phone and I saw the, the, the Apple card notifications and I paid the 200 plus, like I paid like $260 for $184 credit. Yeah, nice. And now you'll use that credit on. So do you know what the funny thing is? I don't. Right. Well, right. Yeah. Wait, did you just got scared out of $184? They're not going to pay, like, put that back in your account, right? That's just going to stay. Does that just stay on your stock credit account? Well, it's not like I'm ever going to use StockX again, so I'm not. No, no, no. Yeah, but still, I'm not super worried about it. I think there might be a way to cash out your current credit. I don't, I can't say that that isn't a possibility and I just, whatever. I don't, I don't really care about that. I have plenty of bids, although it's like, it's dangerous though, to have that credit because then when you have, when you have bids or shoes, you're looking at, if you're looking at like, say you're looking at a $350 shoe and you can't justify spending $350, all of a sudden it's like, well, I have $184 in credit, so it's only $160. So this is how StockX gets you. Yeah, they're going to retire solely off of this. The, Mr. StockX is going to retire solely off of me. Rich Uncle Pennybags. Yeah, I'm, I'm, I'm Pennybags. He's Moneybags. After this $260 I spent to get $184 credit, should have, should have left after the $194 credit and only would have lost like, whatever, $35 or something. Whatever. It's for the show. It's all good. It's for the, yeah, that's a tax write-off. Again, we're going to talk to people who know a little bit more about that later. But how are you feeling? How are you feeling about your Philadelphia Phillies, Matt? Don Mattingly wants to stick around. Uh, which is kind of crazy. How old is Don Mattingly? I think he's 74, but I don't know that for sure. Oh, good for him. But, um, yeah, I mean, he's, he's done something to the team. They're definitely revitalized. They're no Marlins, but they're pretty good. Okay, first of all, my apologies to Don Mattingly. Don Mattingly is 65, not 74. He's only 65? I was also surprised to learn. That's not as old, nearly as, first of all, I mean, that's not that old and also not nearly as old as I thought it was. No, but I apologize for suggesting that he was a full decade older than he is. You look, you look great, Donny. Whatever the skincare routine's working for you, buddy. He's been in the moisturizer. You see him moisturizing quite a bit on the bench. Look, sunscreen, the most important thing you can do for your skin. I know it's bad. Yeah, I look, I'm not good. I'm not good about using it either. Will you, will you encourage your child to be diligent with sunscreen throughout the course of his life? I have to. Legally? Due to legal obligations, but we're definitely a different breed. I feel like I tan extremely well, and he did not tan very well. Yeah, definitely of the paler descent, so something I will have to push heavily on. Or something he's going to learn really hard, unfortunately. Well, like, that's the difference between, like, me and Greg, like me, Greg and Mike, like I tan amazing. Greg and Mike, you know, they turn, they get, like, terrible sunburn. Just being exposed to the sun for moments. Yeah, whereas, like, you should see my, my sock tan from playing golf is crazy right now. Like, my feet are ghost white. I'm more similar to you. If I'm not careful that, I need a little bit of a base. If I'm not careful that first time, I will burn. But after that, I'm going to be fine. Yeah, I pretty much, you know, I do the spray. I definitely try to hit my face with the spray. The spray, like, the back of my neck and the face, especially when I'm golfing. But, like, other than that, I'm not, like, I might spritz the legs and the arms. What usually happens, Chris, is I get to about hole 12, and at my country club, hole 12 sits, it's the highest point. At my country club. And that's, all right, my bad. Way to be a man of the people, Matt. The place I play golf, Chris, at hole 12, you're at the highest point in the golf course. So that's when you really start feeling the sun. And that's right around when I remember that I did not put on any sunscreen. Yeah, I got my sunburn in England, weirdly enough. Well, because you don't think about it, right? That's when they say you can still get in with the clouds around. It was warm. But, I mean, it wasn't really like, it wasn't United States warm, but it was still warm. 80 for them is extraordinarily hot. 80, 80 American units, rather. Well, they don't have air conditioning over there either, right? It's far less common. They do have it, but it's far less common. And the other thing, I'll tell you what, the thing that drives me nuts about. No ice. Yeah, exactly. The thing that, the thing. No, I didn't mean it politically, Chris. I didn't think you did. By your reaction, though, I thought you did. Well, can I tell you, they actually, one of the first things you see when you go into the Dublin airport is ice, Matthew. It is, it's a true story. It's the International Currency Exchange. And boy, it's going to fucking rip off. Well, I was, well, that's why you should always do that in America. But I was referring to. I know you meant the frozen liquid. One of the, yeah, one of the states of water. I get to the UK and I'm just bummed not to see ice there. I'm like, is this trip even worth it? Your reaction made me think that you thought that's what I meant. I was like, hold on a second. Well, moving on from that. No, but yeah, that's what I hate about. That's the old, that's one of the, like, I don't, how do you not want your drinks cold, Chris? It doesn't make sense to me. In fact, they're aware that ice exists. And again, the frozen liquid. But the thing about the thing that is, I find annoying is dryers are very uncommon. Yeah, I noticed that as well. When we were in dryers, very uncommon. And we made the, we made the mistake of choosing the location over the conveniences in at our last Airbnb and we got there and we realized, oh shit, there's no dryer. What are we going to do here? At that point, I would be, I would just go to a store and buy as many pairs of underwear as I could. Well, we're pretty set on that, but it was, it was just, it was inconvenient is all it was. And the dryers they do have, they take forever to actually dry something too. So that is, that's my one concern about that. That's my concern about England. No ice, no dryers. And. Yeah, I don't know why, like, what, like, why, what? There's got to be an answer, right? For why? Yeah, I mean, look, why do they drive on the left side of the road? It's just the thing they do there. Who's to say if it's right or wrong? I think maybe, I think it's an eco-conscious. I think dryers and dryers and rice, rice, ice are definitely in the right. Lack of rice. No, I think it's an eco-conscious kind of thing. I think it's an energy saving thing, but I don't know. Also, it's weird to go to, it's weird. I don't know what Poland's like. I'm trying, I'm trying to go to Poland on an upcoming trip because I hear really amazing things, but yeah, that's weird. The other thing that shocks me is going to, going to stores and seeing how different their grocery stores are than ours, especially in terms of like candies and cereals. The cereals, boy, is that different. There are none of these candy cereals over there. It's all Corn Pops. Not Corn Pops. Oh God, what is the, what is, oh God, I don't even remember what it's called. Corn, what is, not Corn Flakes. What are the Corn Flakes that have like, what are the ones that have like, like fruit and stuff? I don't, I don't know what these things are. Think about oatmeal. Before we actually talk about, talk about sports a little more, I want to tell you. Bran Flakes? Bran, I mean raisin bran, stuff like that. It is, it's all healthier cereals, but can I tell you, I stumbled upon something at the store the other day and I. One quick question before we pass on this. Do you have any cereal in your house right now? We do. I don't, I cannot tell you the last time I've had cereal. We do not have cereal in our house and I feel like cereal just as a whole has fallen off the wayside. But go ahead, go ahead. I think Big Cereal is on its way out. The cereal that we have is more commonly used for other things.
